You must first apply to the conference by submitting an abstract. The abstract evaluation process takes a maximum of 5 days. The author will be informed of the evaluation result without delay. Your abstracts should be between 200-300 words. Abstracts should be sent in word/doc format to tusipractical@gmail.com no later than June 20, 2025.

Note: A special bus tour will be organized for the conference to be held in MINGACHEVIR.

Full text submission
If you want your full texts to be published in the conference book, after the abstract is accepted, you must send the FULL TEXTS to tusipractical@gmail.com no later than July 05, 2025.

A special hall will be opened for the works on the theme “Nasireddin Tusi and Azerbaijani science.” A special hall will be opened for thematic studies.

Writing rules

- Write in Times New Roman, 12 font. (The title of the article, author names, institutions, e-mail addresses, abstract and keywords should all be 12 font. For parts such as graphs and tables, the author can determine the font size of the author in the most appropriate way)

- Line spacing 1.25 cm

- Do not indent from the left at the beginning of paragraphs

- Main headings should be written in CAPITAL and bold letters

- Citations and Bibliography should be formatted in APA style

- Your full texts should be at least 5 pages

- ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, SUB-HEADS, CONCLUSION and REFERENCES sections should be listed under separate headings in the full text.

Docentship and academic promotion
The conference is an international, jury-organized scientific event. Researchers and academics from 9 countries will participate in the conference, which has international status, meets the criteria for academic promotion (including associate professorship) and promotion.

Participation fee

Online and live participation fee for participants from Azerbaijan with a single article - 50 AZN.;

Online participation fee for two articles - 75 AZN.

Online and live participation fee for participants from Turkey and abroad - 1000 TL;

Online and live participation with two articles - 1500 TL.

All employees of Mingachevir State University, master's, doctoral students, etc. can participate free of charge.
Foreign citizens must submit a copy of their flight ticket to the e-mail address provided by June 15, 2025 to participate in the face-to-face program.

Transportation, accommodation, and other expenses are the responsibility of the participants.

Online participation: Participants will broadcast their presentations live via Zoom.
Zoom login details and password will be published together with the conference program.

Live participation: The conference will be held live at Mingachevir State University, Mingachevir City.
